Regarding security reasons, the package is delivered to the provided address, personally to the recipient by signing. If, at the arrival time of the post office you are not at home, in the mailbox you will find a message with information which post office you can withdraw the parcel at.

The parcel withdrawal procedures depend on the delivery country postal procedures.

We ship the goods to the registered non-priority consignment, if necessary, the movement of the parcel can be monitored online.

Delivery of goods in Lithuania takes ~2- 3 business days. In other EU countries - from 5 business days. Terms are subject to change during the festive period.
